Buff Creek Concepts had a great opportunity to work in conjunction with our clients on this project. The home dates back to the old logging days. LADYSMITH, WI

(PROJECT COMPLETED)

We recently poured concrete in a 30'x5' pole barn.  Buff Creek Concepts has all the latest technology to pour concrete.  After we laser the perimeter of the building, we use a roller screed to ensure a much flatter pour than the traditional way of leveling the concrete off.  Also pouring a slab with footing to receive an existing garage which will be moved to the site.

CLEAR LAKE, WI

(PROJECT COMPLETED)

This is a completed project for a couple who will eventually move to the Clear Lake area.  We would like to point out our preferred method of pouring concrete.  We start out with a compacted gravel base followed up with 4+ inches of 3/8" washed stone.  The washed stone has nearly a 100% compaction rate.  After the base we recommend using a rebar grid square system instead of wire mesh.  Too many companies use wire mesh and it ends up laying at the bottom of the slab serving no purpose.  With our grid square system we use "H" lifts to insure that rebar in center or near center of the concrete slab. H

aving averaged over 100 foundations and slabs a year in the past this has been a proven method for us with no call backs.  We also recommend incorporating fiber mesh into the mix.

This building is maintenance free and has an additional touch of sound deadening and added insulation below the metal roofing.

STONE LAKE, WI

Having fought over 40+ straight days below zero temperatures this winter, we have completed this 40' x 81' post frame storage barn.

CHETEK, WI

 (PROJECT COMPLETED)

First of all we did the site preparation / grading of the site.  Secondly we poured a 80' x 12' drive with a 38' x 40' slab complete with wet set brackets and apron.  Buff Creek concepts also has the electrical portion, gutters, insulation, and interior carpentry of this project.   Buff Creek Concepts has been involved in Consultation throughout the entire project.

RICE LAKE, WI

(PROJECT COMPLETED)

Time to replace the old sun beaten skylights.  Due to the new style of ribbing on skylights and metal sheeting, we have found our own little niche in making the new material match up with the old.  This building was an old airplane hanger that has been converted to a storage building.  There were a total of (6) skylights that had to be replaced.  We were able to take a couple of our qualified employees off of another project to meet the needs of our client immediately.  As you can see from the weather above we just made it sealing up the building before a snow shower hit.
